Our CARL JUNG Blanc de Blancs is something special, because its made of the Chardonnay grape. The Chardonnay grape delivers some of the fullest, strongest white wines in the world without losing any of their finesse. The Blanc de Blancs presents itself with a vinous bouquet with aromas of citrus, pear, apple and floral notes. But also on the palate it is fresh, tingling and has a nice fruit. Charming, pleasant and harmonious there is no festivity it not up to.
